Payment Policy

This page explains how and when to pay for your tour, and how to keep your payment safe.

Stay safe. Pay only after you have received a written quotation from us. Confirm the account or UPI details by calling one of our official numbers (9911177951, 9911177952, 9643397944). We never ask for your card PIN, CVV or OTP. If someone asks for these in our name, do not pay and tell us at once.

1. Advance payment

To confirm your booking, we ask for an advance of about 25% to 30% of the total package cost, or the amount written in your quotation. Hotel and transport rates are held only after the advance is received. For peak dates, flights and special bookings a higher advance, or full payment, may be needed.

2. Balance payment

The remaining amount is due at least 7 days before the tour start date, unless your quotation says another date. If the balance is not received on time, we may cancel the booking and the Refund Policy applies.

3. Payment methods

We accept bank transfer (NEFT, IMPS, RTGS) and UPI. Other methods may be offered on request. Our team shares the payment details on WhatsApp or email when you are ready to pay. Please do not pay in cash to any person unless we have confirmed it in writing.

4. Payment confirmation and receipt

Send us a screenshot or the transaction reference after you pay.
We confirm each payment in writing and give a receipt or invoice on request.
Your booking is confirmed only after we confirm the payment.

5. Prices, taxes and currency

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable taxes such as GST are shown in the quotation or invoice.
Once a booking is confirmed and the advance is paid, the agreed package price does not change, except for government tax changes, increases in fuel or toll, or extra services you ask for.

6. Failed or duplicate payments

If money is deducted but you did not get confirmation, or if you paid twice by mistake, write to sales@goglobaltrip.com with the transaction reference. We will check and return duplicate or unmatched amounts as per the refund timeline in the Refund Policy.

7. Payments for extras during the trip

Items not in your package, such as entry tickets, activities, lunch, tips and personal expenses, are paid directly by you at the place, unless we have agreed to collect them in advance.
